Out of all the movies awaiting theatrical release after the Covid-19 situation eases up, a big fraction is of Akshay Kumar starrer flicks. His films like 'Sooryavanshi' and 'Bell Bottom' have both experienced massive delay and are desperately being awaited by the fans. 'Sooryavanshi' was originally slated to release in 2020 itself but the Covid-19 outbreak didn't let that happen.

'Bell Bottom' was filmed amidst the lockdown and it was supposed to hit the screens alongside 'Sooryavanshi' this summer but the second wave of the pandemic ruined those plans as well. The latest buzz suggests that both these films might clash on different platforms. 'Sooryavanshi' is rumored to hit theaters on Independence Day while 'Bell Bottom' might release on OTT in similar time frame.
