After giving glimpses of the Battle of Saragarhi in the three teasers and sharing a series of posters from Akshay Kumar’s film ‘ Kesari’, it was difficult to hold our excitement. And today, exactly a month before the release of the film, the makers have decided to unveil the much-awaited trailer of the film. And guess what! All the audiences are enthralled to watch the trailer and are not able to hold back the excitement to witness the bravest battle ever fought!

In the trailer, Akshay features as Havildar Ishar Singh and will be seen as the leader of the 21 courageous Sikh soldiers who are asked to protect the forts of Lockhart and Gulistan, on the border of Afghanistan, fighting against the massive number of 10000 Afghan tribesmen. It was indeed one of the bravest battle ever fought. These incredible saffron clad warriors fought valiantly against all odds and changed the meaning of bravery. Check out the trailer here!

Helmed by Anurag Singh, the film also features Parineeti Chopra in the lead role. ‘Kesari’ is an unbelievable true story based on the Battle of Saragarhi, 1897. The film is all set to hit the screens on 21st March 2019.
