The happy and glamourous world of filmstars can be quite dangerous and risky at times. In order to film a believable action sequence, filmstars have to work in tandem with stuntmen and although lots of precautions are put in place, unfortunate incidents still happen every now and then. Recently, action star Akshay Kumar made an appearance on the game show 'Kaun Banega Crorepati' where he and Amitabh Bachchan talked about movie stunts and risk involved in it.

Big B said, “Sometimes it happens, we do stunts, we make one mistake and then something goes wrong. How do you do it without making any mistake?”

In response, Akshay revealed that he just chants 'Jai Mata Di' before executing any stunt. He added, "It is foolishness for sure and I wouldn’t suggest any of you to do it. When we do it, we take a lot of precautions. There is an excitement… I don’t call myself an actor first, I am a stuntman. I have been doing this all my life. Because of martial arts training and sports, I have kept myself agile all the time.”

On the work front, Akshay has been going through a rough patch as all four of his theatrical releases this turned out to be a box office disasters. He is looking to bounce back with films like 'Oh My God 2' and 'Gorkha'.
