Superstar Akshay Kumar is currently busy with the promotions of his upcoming period drama 'Prithviraj' in which he'll be seen playing the mighty titular king. Since Akshay's last film 'Bachchan Pandey' failed to create magic on the box office despite having a huge budget and elaborate marketing, the stakes for 'Prithviraj' are pretty high.
During a recent media interaction, Akshay was asked about how he manages to get over the failure of a promising project. The actor told The Indian Express, "Dealing with failure is the same. I’ve not just had 13-14 flops, there was again a time in middle where my 8-9 films flopped. I always say you can feel bad for a flop from Friday to Sunday, on Monday you have to pick yourself up and go do another film, and be very happy on the set."
Akshay added, "You can’t carry around your sad face everywhere. You have to go and enjoy yourself, your work. Good films are only made because you enjoy the film.”
Directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi, 'Prithviraj' is set to release theatrically on 3rd of June.
