After weeks of rumors and specualtions, the upcoming collaboration between action stars Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff was finally confirmed on Tuesday. The duo are going to share screen for the remake of 1998 classic 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan' which starred Amitabh Bachchan and Govinda in lead roles. 

Filmmaker Jackky Bhagnani announced the project by sharing a two minute long teaser of sorts on Instagram. The video features Tiger Shroff defeating bunch of armed guys in a tunnel using his martial arts skills and as he is almost done, Akshay Kumar appears out of an exploded tunnel wall and duo share a little back and forth before announcing the film. 

Jackky captioned the post as, "My real life Bade Miya - Pa, made one of my most favourite films in 1998. Today I am so overwhelmed and excited to present a glimpse of our most ambitious project ever- #BadeMiyanChoteMiyan, starring the two iconic action superstars of the country - @akshaykumar and @tigerjackieshroff , and to be directed by one of my most favourite @aliabbaszafar. Behold for a power packed entertainment, in cinemas Christmas 2023."

Akshay also shared the same clip in Instagram and wrote, "The year you debuted in this world, I debuted in films. Phir bhi mugabla karoge Chote Miyan? Chal phir ho jaye full-on action! @tigerjackieshroff #BadeMiyanChoteMiyan Christmas 2023."
