Aamir Khan and Akshay Kumar are two of the biggest stars working in Bollywood currently. There mere involvement in a project can gaurantee huge box office numbers and footfall in theatres. However, there was a time when the duo almost starred together in a film. What's more interesting is that Akshay was being considered for the role of antagonist opposite Aamir's character. Now this would've been epic, watching two of the biggest actors of a generation going against each other.

Back in the early 90s when Akshay was struggling to cement his place in the industry and still awaiting his breakout role, he auditioned for the role of antagonist in Aamir Khan's sports drama 'Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar'. Akshay told in an interview a little while ago, "So, I went there. Apna screen test diya maine, for Deepak Tijori’s role. And they didn’t like it. And, apparently, I was crap, so they removed me. So, there you go!”
