Hindi adaptation of Mohan Lal starrer 2021 film 'Drishyam 2' is one of the most anticipated remakes of Bollywood. It is set to star Ajay Devgan and Tabu, who also starred in the remake of 'Drishyam' (2013). The latest buzz suggests that actor Akshay Khanna has also joined the already steller cast of this project. On Saturday, Tabu took to her Instagram to share this update with her fans.
She shared a picture of her and Akshay and wrote, “Delighted to have a gem of an actor on board for #Drishyam2 Akshaye Khanna #TrulyTalented.” In the photo, Akshaye is looking intensely into the camera while Tabu is smiling at it. As Tabu shared the photo, Farah Khan commented on it, “Lovvvv himmmm♥️.”
Originally made in Malayalam, 'Drishyam 2' was massively loved by the audience and critics called it a perfect follow up to 'Drishyam'. Hindi adaptation will reprise Ajay as Vijay Salgaonkar and Tabu as IGP Meera Deshmukh. However, Akshay's character is still under wraps.
