Looks like for a change Farah Khan has chosen Akshay Kumar over her dearest buddy Shah Rukh Khan for her third directorial venture.

Farah Khan is coming up with ‘Tees Maar Khan’ that will feature Akshay Kumar. Now what’s this name, you ask? Well, as Farah puts it, ‘Tees Maar Khan’ means a smart ass.

The movie will be co-produced by Farah and Akki’s home banner. The script is written by Farah’s hubby Shirish Kunder and for the first time he is producing for his wife’s film. “Initially, I was supposed to direct Tees Maar Khan but since it’s our first home production, Farah and I decided that I’ll produce it and she’ll direct it,” said Kundar.

We were fed on Farah Khan’s much talked movie ‘Happy New Year’ for sometime now. But it seems the filmmaker didn’t have a ready script for it. And so, when ‘Tees Maar Khan’ came along, she decided go ahead with it. Talking about this movie, Farah said, “It’s my kind of film and has everything in it — action, comedy and full masala. It’s like a readymade script for me.”

Now, one may wonder why the filmmaker has shifted her interest from her close pal actor, Shah Rukh, who was there in all her previous two films (Om Shanti Om and Main Hoon Na). But, there are no such tensions between Farah and SRK and she said, “In fact, he’s very happy for me and our production house and has offered every kind of help that I might need while doing the film.”

Hmm, let’s wait to see Akki ka jadoo through Farah now.
