B-town Khiladi Akshay Kumar is seriously taking a self inventory. He has pinned many hopes on ‘Boss’ but it didn,t met the expectations. A close hand reveals that after ‘Boss’ Akshay is taking extra care to ensure safe returns to his projects.

The seriousness is seen as according to industry insiders Akshay Kumar has said no to Karan Johar for their most awaited ‘Gutka’.

According to sources Akshay didn,t find the script to his liking and has rejected the film after hearing the narration.

Both Akshay and Karan are mum on what went wrong an insider close to IG informs that Akshay did liked the idea and was equally excited but after hearing the final draft and the script in total the b-town Khiladi’s enthusiasm didn,t remain the same.

Punit Malhotra was supposed to direct Gutka which sources say is based one of India’s top Gutka King.

A close hand close to Akshay had ruled about any price issues for the rejection and maintains that now Akshay wants to be bigger and better for his audience in future.

On the other hand a source close to Karan Johar has said that it’s not the end for Karan and Akshay, both will come again in near future provided a proper script.
