The contract starts with Vipul Shah's next film. The figure offered is still tentative. It will be somewhere between 15 and 18 crores. The exact amount is not available.

Things have yet to be finalized. All one can say is that the contract is going to be a huge one for the actor. The best thing about this deal is that it will mark the start of Studio System existent in USA. In this system, a production studio for more than one film signs an actor.

It is a unique system. If this deal works well, Akshay will become the first Indian actor to be a part of this system. The four films that Akshay signs will be of his choice.

He will have a say in the selection of the director, the story etc. This assures him that his pockets are full for the year.
