Actress Akshara Haasan, the daughter of Ulaga Nayagan Kamal Haasan had made her acting debut with the Dhanush starrer Shamitabh in Hindi, and later debuted in Tamil with Thala Ajith starrer Vivegam. She was last seen in Tamil in the Chiyaan Vikram starrer Kadaram Kondan which was produced by Kamal Haasan himself.

After playing one of the leads in the webseries Finger Tip, Akshara Haasan is set to return to acting and this time around, she is playing the lead role in an interesting female centric entertainer, which is produced by Trend Loud, a popular youtube channel and digital media company.

This yet to be titled movie is directed by debutant Raja Ramamoorthy, who had previously directed a web series named America Maapillai for Zee 5. Akshara reportedly plays a girl from a conservative family who is stuck between her desires and the societal restrictions. The first look of this new movie of Akshara Haasan will be out on September 14.
