Today is a day of national importance in India, as it is the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, the father of nation who struggled to get freedom for the country from the British rule.
As many have been sharing Gandhi jayanti wishes on social media, actor and politician Kamal Haasan who has often praised Gandhi has posted a lovely message about Gandhi.
Kamal tweeted Happy Bday to Mr. MK Gandhi. Sharing what @Iaksharahaasan had sung for me when she was a child. Calling all Indians to remember the great man whose life was his message to us! Let’s make India a place where Equality prevails-sare jahan se achcha, Gandhi’s India can still be ours!. Besides he also shared a lovely song sung by Akshara Haasan as a child, and this song video shared by Kamal Haasan has turned viral.
