Our Bollywood stuntman, Akshay Kumar, is enjoying the proud moments of his life. He has now, not one, but two reasons to be happy about his martial arts’ talent. He has been invited as a sponsor for a Karate Tournament in the city. This karate championship, according to the actor, has been his long-time dream. The tournament is scheduled for October and it would select the best talents who will be later trained for Olympics.

Akshay Kumar said to sources, “I am looking forward to the tournament in October and am hoping this tournament will encourage little Akshay Kumars all over India. I want to give a bit of myself back to the world. The only way I know how to do it is through karate. I want to make it happen for all those children who aspire to be like me. The kids participating in this tournament will get a chance to win a scholarship.”

Akki will also be sponsoring few deserving students of China and Japan in terms of those studying the martial arts.

Now that’s what we call to ‘kick’ start a charity!
