Akki gets a new nickname!

Akshay Kumar is gradually expanding his fame; especially overseas and increasing his fan fold. Earlier we had it how the distinguished actor went on to impress Hollywood stars. Now Akki has yet another prestigious admirer in his list.
According to the latest reports, the Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper compared Akshay to Hollywood actor Brad Pitt. ÂThe premier referred to the actor as B-Town's answer to Brad Pitt as he felt that Akshay has the same charm and star appeal, said the sources.
Harper is keen develop tourism and so wants to attract Indians to Canada. For this, Harper chose Akshay to help in the promotion by participating in the cross-country Olympic torch run. Akshay Kumar is said to carry the torch in Toronto on 17th December.
When compared to Pitt, our Akki was too thrilled for words and gushed, ÂIt's the kind of compliment that makes you feel fabulous but you can't show it. You are just supposed to nod your head and say thank-you.Â
