Since nepotism was one of the most engaging debates to come out in Bollywood last year, IndiaGlitz wanted to know Akhil's views on the same.

How does he view the charge that nepotism is rampant in the film industry? "It's easy for someone who is not getting opportunities to say that star kids are having it easy. You are only looking at a handful of star kids who have made it. Look at the two handfuls of star kids who have failed. A star kid faces pressure 300 times greater than others. People call you a star kid because they start treating you as a star even before your first film releases. It's not easy to deliver under so much pressure. Films are no joke," he tells IndiaGlitz.

The 'Hello!' actor further says, "People outside don't understand what kind of a harsh industry the glamour industry is. You can't afford to fail here. As a star kid, I can say that it's not easy at all."

What does he think it takes for a relationship to blossom and thrive? "For a relationship to last long, the partners have to be like each other's right support system," he ponders.

As for doing a multi-starrer, the handsome actor would like to team up with Mahesh Babu and Ram Charan.
