The calculations of Akhil Akkineni have completely gone for a toss with the debacle of his first movie Akhil. The film deterred the actor's spirits and put him in a fix. Buzz is that Akhil is confused about which genre he has to choose between love and action entertainers as his second movie. Though his fans have been pressurising him to work in an action packed commercial entertainer like his debut film, Akhil is in two minds and wants to get back to his family's forte - rom-coms.

Buzz is that Akhil is planning to work in the Telugu remake of Hindi blockbuster Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. The Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone starrer has raked in Rs 195 cr at the box office and turned out to be the highest grosser in the Besharam star's career.

If Dharma Productions, the producers of Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani are unwilling to sell the remake rights, Akhil is also keen on adapting the outline of the story and rework on the script keeping in view of Telugu nativity. Apparently, Akhil is in talks with a few filmmakers and taking their inputs on the same. Whatever, one thing is clear that Akhil`s second movie is going to be a love story!
