It's known that Akhil Akkineni is scheduled to do a film with director 'Bommarillu' Bhaskar. The entertainer will be bankrolled by Bunny Vas of the Geetha Arts compound.

Early reports say that the right combination of artists and technicians is being firmed up for the project. As has been reported, 'Geetha Govindam' and 'Dear Comrade' heroine Rashmika Mandanna will be the untitled flick's female lead. She is seen as a lucky charm. Also, Akhil is a glamorous hero opposite whom new heartthrobs can look very special.

As for the music director, the makers are learned to be holding discussions with Gopi Sundar, whose songs for 'Majili' have been very popular. If the buzz is to be believed, the Mollywood composer will be replacing Devi Sri Prasad.

With the makers bringing in the right names, the project definitely is well on its track.
