The trailer for 'Akhanda' proclaims that Akhanda (Nandamuri Balakrishna) arrives when hope dies and faith fades away. Director Boyapati Srinu has apparently cast his 'Legend' and 'Simha' star in a spiritual role. As an Aghora, the Nata Simha roars and storms. Through and through, we realize that Balayya's Aghora shade is the most defining element of the movie, making it more than a run-of-the-mill Boyapati outing.

The trailer for the movie is out and the mass action entertainer will hit the screens on December 2. Srikanth has played the main antagonist. It's a surprise of sorts that Jagpathi Babu is a sage, while the likes of 'Kalakeya' Prabhakar' are also seen. Elevation and slow-motion shots are apt.

Thaman's music is expected to be scintillating, while M Rathnam's punch dialogues are likely to hit the ball out of the park. "I am a bulldozer with no brakes," says the hero, mouthing a powerful line. "Meeku samasya osthe dandam pedtaru, memu aa samasyake pindam pedtham," is the best line.

Produced by Miryala Ravinder Reddy under Dwaraka Creations, the film has Pragya Jaiswal as the heroine. The cinematography is by C Ram Prasad, while art direction is by AS Prakash.
