'Akhanda' to be shot at historical places

'Akhanda', starring Nandamuri Balakrishna in a high-voltage role, is all set to recommence the final leg of its shoot next month. Almost 90% of its shoot was completed by April. The pending portions will be filmed in the backdrop of exquisite historical locations.

An industry insider says that the pending portions will be shot in Gandikota, Kadapa and Chittoor. Director Boyapati Srinu is confident after the movie's teaser became a run-away hit recently.
Srikanth and Jagapathi Babu are playing key roles in this Dwaraka Creations product. Pragya Jaiswal has romanced Balayya. S Thaman is its composer, while C Ram Prasad is cranking the camera. Stun Shiva and the Ram-Laxman duo are taking care of the action choreography for this Miryala Ravinder Reddy production. Dialogues are by M Rathnam. Editing is by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao and Tammiraju. Art Direction is by AS Prakash.
After 'Akhanda', Balayya will draft himself for Gopichand Malineni's ambitious project, to be produced by Mythri Movie Makers. Next year, he and director Anil Ravipudi will team up.
