After delivering yet another record breaking blockbuster 'Thunivu', Ajith Kumar chilled out abroad for a few weeks and returned to Chennai a few days back. He is all set to start his next movie 'AK 62' in a few weeks time and will work non stop for three months. After that the adventurous hero will go on a one and a half year world tour on motorbike.

It is no secret that 'AK 62' produced by Lyca Productions initially had Vignesh Shivan as the director but he was replaced by Magizh Thirumeni due to creative differences. Now the hot buzz in Kollywood is that the 'Kalaga Thalaivan' maker has kickstarted the preproduction work and is in the process of casting for the film. It is also said that Santhosh Narayanan has stepped in as music composer in place of Anirudh Ravichander who was initially signed on.

According to reliable sources leading action hero ,Arun Vijay will be playing the main antagonist in 'AK 62'. It is well known that Magizh Thirumeni has a great rapport with Arun Vijay who has played the lead in two of his super hits 'Thadaiyara Thaaka' and 'Thadam' which were also critically acclaimed. Hence the duo reuniting is apparently more confirmed than not.

Arun Vijay's only antagonist role so far was as Victor opposite Ajith Kumar in 'Yennai Arindhaal' directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon. The success of his role and the film helped him make a comeback after a brief lull in his career. It sure is good news for fans that Ajith and Arun Vijay will be locking horns once again for 'AK 62'.
