Indian cinema has come a long way in 100 years and the South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce has decided to celebrate it in a grand event between 21st and 24th September. The event is to be inaugurated by the Honorable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Ms. Jayalalithaa.

The Kannada, Telugu and Malayalam Woods will be celebrated on 22nd, 23rd and 24th in the event; however Tollywood is not quite happy about participating in the event, as there is unrest in the state due to political spat. However, leading stars like Rajinikanth, Mohanlal, Kamal Hassan, Amitabh Bachchan, Mohan Babu, Mammootty, Ambareesh, Shivarajkumar and Nagarjuna are expected to grace the event. And Thala Ajith has a surprise for his fans this time. The actor, who usually does not participate in such events has given his RSVP and he will be turning up for the grand show! A lot of stars and technicians are expected at the event.
