It's a known fact that actor Vijay Sethupathi has played an extended cameo in the female centric rural entertainer Ka Pae Ranasingam directed by debutant Virumandi and starring Aishwarya Rajesh in the lead. Vijay Sethupathi plays her husband in this upcoming movie.

After music director Ghibran tweeting praising the movie, calling it an important film, TV host Rangaraj Pandey who debuted in films with Ajith's Ner Konda Paarvai tweeted "Happy to hear from @GhibranOfficial ... Eager to have people witness the fruit of all our efforts! ??#KaPaeRanasingam", thereby confirming that Rangaraj Pandey has played an important role in Ka Pae Ranasingam, making it his second film after Ner Konda Paarvai.
