Ajith to be system adviser, to assist a drone mission!

The Madras Insititue of Technology (MIT) has appointed Thala Ajith as its Helicopter Test Pilot and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) system advisor. He will be paid Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One thousand Only) as his fees per visit and just imagine his salary for a film which is one of the highest in Indian cinema. The king of box office has however promised to donate this fees to poor students of the institute.
Ajith is known for his passion for race car and bikes and aero modelling and this time he has extended it to help students. Yes the Thala will help MIT students build an advanced UAV for Medical Express-2018 UAV Challenge, a high profile competition for which the finals will be eld in Queensland, Australia, in September. The drone after development with Ajith's consultatoin will have to fly 30 Kms from its base to a patient who may cut off from the rest of the world due to a storm or other calamities or even to those who live in remote areas.
On the film front Thala Ajith will start shooting 'Viswasam' directed by Siruthai Siva and produced by Sathyajyothi Films from next week in which his costars are Nayanthara, Robo Shankar and Yogi Babu among others.
