It has been officially confirmed that Thala Ajith's much anticipated film 'Vedalam' will hit the screens on November 10, the Deepavali festival day. The official paper ads released today have come with the release date and the theatre listing in Chennai.

As Ajith commands a good fan following among Telugu speaking audience, the heroine Shruthi Haasan is a top heroine in Tollywood and the film's director 'Siruthai' Siva originated as a cinematographer and director in Telugu films, it will be a surprise only if 'Vedalam' is not getting released in Telugu.

We learn that the Telugu dubbed version of 'Vedalam' has been titled as 'Avesham' and the film will release in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on the same day it releases in Tamil.

Ajith and Siva's earlier film 'Veeram' also released in Telugu as 'Veedudokkade' and emerged successful. We can be confident that the same magic will repeat with 'Vedalam' and 'Avesham'.
