Since the ill health and eventual death of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J.Jayalalitha, actor Ajith Kumar who is considered to have been in the good books of the great woman leader of TN politics is being dragged in political speculations.

Earlier rumor mongers created stories that Ajith is poised to take over the reins of Tamil Nadu Government and the AIADMK party after the demise of Jaya. Within few days this proved to be a baseless rumor.

Now Ajith is in Chennai from taking a holiday from his Bulgarian shooting schedule to celebrate Christmas and Ne year with family. Capitalizing on this development a few sections of media reported on Monday that the 'Mankatha' actor visited the Poest Garden residence of Jayalalitha and met V.K.Sasikala, the close aide of the former CM and the one who is poised to take over the powerful General Secretary post of the party.

However sources close to Ajith have denied this as a mere rumor and clarified that the actor never met or contacted Sasikala.

We hope the much admired film star takes the necessary action against persons spreading such unnecessary rumors about him.
