Ajith Kumar is gearing up to shoot his next film tentatively titled AK61 directed by H Vinoth once again. Before beginning the shoot of this film, the 'Red' actor has reached Kerala to seek blessing from the almighty and the pictures of the same are taking the internet by storm.

Ajith was seen wearing a white Dhoti with his AK61 looks and performed pooja to the almighty. He also posed for pictures with his fans during his visit. Ajith is expected to play a grey shade role in this film.

He has already previously played the same in Vaali, Varalaru, Billa, and Mankatha among many others. It remains to see what's in store for the audience next. AK61 will also be a big-scale action thriller and will be shot at multiple locations

Sources also say that the powerful title of AK61 is 'Vallamai' which translates to strength. But the official announcement about this is yet to arrive. AK61 is produced by Boney Kapoor under the banner Bay view projects. The official cast and crew details are expected to be revealed soon. Kavin of Saravanan Meenatchi fame is anticipated to join this project.
