Ajith Kumar began shooting for his new film 'Vidaamuyarchi' in Azerbaijan in October. He returned to Chennai recently after a schedule wrap. Now, we hear that the AK and the movie team will head back to Azerbaijan for the next schedule which is slated to commence on December 7th.

The shoot is speculated to go on for 70 days. Directed by Magizh Thirumeni, the film is touted to be a road-action thriller. Ajith Kumar is reportedly said to perform a stylish chase sequence in the movie. The entire filming is planned to be wrapped up by the end of January 2024 and the film is aiming for a grand Diwali release.

Vidaamuyarchi produced by Lyca Productions features Ajith Kumar in dual roles, Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arun Vijay, Arjun, Regina Cassandra, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Arjun Das and many others. The film has music composed by Anirudh Ravichander while the cinematography will be handled by Nirav Shah and editing by NB Srikanth.
