Ajith Kumar joined director Magizh Thirumeni for the prestigious project 'Vidaamuyarchi'. Lyca Productions announced the film officially on May 1st, the actor's birthday but the movie hasn't gone on the floors yet. There were a lot of speculations regarding this film but producer Subaskaran recently dislodged them and assured that the shooting will begin soon.

As per the latest developments, the location hunt for Vidaamuyarchi is in the final stages. The filming is likely to commence by the end of this month in Abu Dhabi. The rumoured star cast comprises Trisha, Arjun Das, Sanjay Dutt and action king Arjun. We have to wait for a confirmation on the same. This movie is said to be a high octane actioner in Magizh Thirumeni's style.

If everything goes well, Vidaamuyarchi will make it to the big screens by the Summer 2024. On the other hand, it is official that Anirudh is composing the musical score for the film with a cinematography by Nirav Shah. Ajith Kumar is expected to take a hiatus from acting after Vidaamuyarchi for the second leg of his world bike tour.
