After ‘Veeram’, Ajith Kumar’s ‘Vedalam’ gets remade in Hindi! - First look, release date out

Ajith Kumar and Siruthai Siva's combo has produced highly successful movies in Tamil cinema. Even after so many years, their films are hot in the trade. In 2023, 'Veeram' was remade in Hindi by Salman Khan while 'Vedalam' was remade in Telugu by Megastar Chiranjeevi.

Now, the hot news is that 'Vedalam' is remade in Hindi with the Bollywood star John Abraham as the lead. Titled 'Vedaa', John Abraham is reprising AK's role while Tamannaah Bhatia and Sharvari Wagh play the roles played by Shruti Haasan and Lakshmi Menon in the original. The first look poster debuted on the internet today and is doing rounds now.

The poster shows John Abraham guarding Sharvari Wagh from the front. 'Vedaa' will hit the screens worldwide on 12th July. The filming is wrapped up and the post-production works are going on. This movie is directed by Nikkhil Advani. Zee Studios, Emmay Entertainment and JA Entertainment have jointly bankrolled the production.
