Thala Ajith to undergo a surgery after the release of 'Vedalam'

While performing a dare devil stunt in 'Arrambam' Thala Ajith sustained a severe leg injury. The surgery suggested by doctors to resolve the problem caused by the injury was postponed due to the back to back commitments of the actor.
Ajith had acted in three films namely 'Veeram', 'Yennai Arindhal' and 'Vedalam' after that. During the last leg shooting of 'Vedalam' Ajith got inured again at the same spot in his leg which has intensified the problem and an immediate surgery is inevitable. During his visit to pay last respect to actor Vivekh's son Prasanna Kumar, who died last week, Ajith was spotted walking with the support of a walking stick.
As 'Vedalam' is scheduled for a grand release on Deepavali day that falls on November 10, Ajith will be undergoing the surgery on his leg on November 24th. After the surgery The star will commit himself for the next project only after the requisite period of rest after the surgery.
