Ajith Kumar's latest release, Thunivu, became the new highest grossing film in the actor's career, thanks to the movie's overseas distributor Lyca Productions. AK is all set to start shooting for his next film, AK62, with Vignesh Shivan in February. This project bankrolled by Lyca Productions has music by Anirudh.

Meanwhile, there have been many speculations about Ajith's 63rd film already. According to the latest buzz, the Ultimate Star will team up with Lyca Productions again for 'AK63'. Hitmaker Atlee is said to direct the mega budget film and Oscar Nayagan AR Rahman will be composing the music. However, there is no official word in this regard and we have to wait for a confirmation from the production house.

It is worth mentioning that Atlee is also expected to direct Thalapathy Vijay's 68th film, to be bankrolled by Sun Pictures. Also, Ajith Kumar is reported to take a break after AK62 to complete a part of his world bike tour. Possibly, Atlee can finish Thalapathy 68 during AK's road trip and join him by the time he returns to acting.
