We all know that Ajith starrer 'Thunivu' directed by H Vinoth completed its filming last week in Bangkok. The Ultimate Star started a bike trip in Thailand after the wrap-up and the pictures went viral. Now, the latest reports suggest that the makers are shooting for the film in Chennai.

Reportedly, director H Vinoth and his team returned to India after the Bangkok schedule and are currently filming some patchwork in Anna Saalai, Chennai. While some sources say that Ajith isn't part of this shoot, a parallel report says Ajith Kumar is shooting with a face mask. Several BTS photos from the shooting spot were leaked online, adding fuel to the speculation.

Manju Warrier plays the female lead while Samuthirakani, Ajay, John Kokken, Veera, GM Sundar, Mahanadhi Shankar, Ciby Chandran, Amir and Pavni are cast in the supporting roles. Ghibran is scoring music for Thunivu with cinematography by Nirav Shah and stunts by Supreme Sundar. The movie is slated to hit the screens on Pongal 2023.
