Ajith Kumar and director H Vinoth combo teamed up for the third time and ended their streak with the blockbuster outing, 'Thunivu'. The high-octane action entertainer debuted in cinemas on January 11. All the assets of the film right from the trailer, and songs till the whole movie emerged super successful.

Today, one of the distributors of Thunivu unveiled the exhilarating making video of the bank heist thriller through social media. The 43-second video shows exclusive BTS footage of Ajith, H Vinoth, Nirav Shah and others. AK, who's a gun expert, was spotted explaining about guns to the director and cinematographer of the film.

We can see how Thunivu was cinematographed in the promo. Also, the video shows that the team has not used VFX for the explosions but they were made of real effects. The film also stars Manju Warrier, Samuthirakani, Ajay, Veera, John Kokken, Mahanadhi Shankar, Amir, Pavni, Ciby, GM Sundar, Bucks and others with a musical score by Ghibran.

Though Thalapathy Vijay's Varisu surpassed Thunivu at the box office, AK starrer Thunivu has managed to surpass Rs 200 crores worldwide as it completes 13 days of theatrical run. Notably, Thunivu has comfortably entered the profit zone earlier while Varisu is yet to enter the profit zone in all areas.
