We all know that Ajith Kumar was associated with Lyca productions and director Vignesh Shivan for his next after Thunivu. Tentatively called 'AK62', the large-scale project was expected to start rolling this year but the movie's director was replaced in a shocking turn of events.

Though these reports are unofficial till now, it is an open secret that the acclaimed director Magizh Thirumeni is going to direct AK62 and it will be a costly project. Some other directors' names are also rumoured in this outing. As per reliable sources, the production house is planning to officially announce the film along with the title.

Earlier, it was speculated that 'Thadam' fame Arun Raj will score music for AK62. Now, we hear that Santhosh Narayanan is most likely to compose the original soundtrack for the most expected film. It is worth mentioning that AK62 will be Ajith and SaNa's first collaboration. Another report also suggests that Thaman is in talks for AK62 following the success of Varisu.
