Ajith Kumar is all set to treat his fans with 'Thunivu' on Pongal 2023, clashing with Thalapathy Vijay's 'Varisu' at the box office on January 12. It is worth mentioning that both superstars' films are releasing on the same day after eight years. The makers are actively promoting these films.

Ghibran composed the songs and background scores for the upcoming film. 'Chilla Chilla', the first single from Thunivu, was released a few days ago. Sung by Anirudh and written by Vaisagh, it became a chartbuster. Now, sources tell us that the movie team is planning to release the second single this Sunday.

The second single, 'Kasethan Kadavulada', is crooned and penned by Vaisagh. Notably, a 15-second clip of this song was earlier leaked by anonymous on social media. As per the reports, the official song will be out on December 18, choreographed by Kalyan master. Totally, there are three songs in Thunivu and the fans are very excited to listen to them.

Manju Warrier, Samuthirakani, Ajay, Veera, Amir, Pavni, John Kokken, Cibi, Mahanadhi Shankar, GM Sundar, Bhagavathy Perumal and others have played key roles in Thunivu. The movie has cinematography by Nirav Shah, editing by Vijay Velukutty and stunt by Supreme Sundar. Directed by H Vinoth, it is produced by Bayview Projects LLP and Zee Studios.
