It has been 30 years since Ajith Kumar debuted as an actor in the film industry. Ajith's fans have been celebrating over the last few days with the tag '30 Years of Ajithism' on social media and they are also celebrating the occasion grandly offline.

On August 5, Ajith's close friend and famous photographer Sittrarasu released an old BTS-making video from Ajith's old film 'Billa'. In the video, there is some off-screen footage during the shooting of 'Billa' that features director Vishnuvardhan explaining a scene to Ajith Kumar. The clip is now trending on social media.

On the work front, Ajith is now shooting for 'AK61', directed by H Vinoth and produced by Boney Kapoor. Touted to be a bank heist thriller, it also stars Manju Warrier, Veera, John Kokken, Ajay and Mahandhi Shankar. The film has music by Ghibran and cinematography by Nirav Shah.
