As we had reported earlier, Thala Ajith starrer 'AK 57' will go on floors in Bulgaria from the first week of August. The film will be directed by Siva and produced by Sathya Jyothi Films banner.

Now we learn that the 'AK 57' unit will be catching the flight to Bulgaria in Europe in a two or three days from now. The film's lead pair Ajith and Kajal Aggarwal will also leaving. Ajith who has been taking rest for the past six month after undergoing a surgery in November last, will be back to business and this has enthralled his fans.

Siva who has earlier directed Ajith in super hit flicks 'Veeram' and 'Vedalam' has planned a lengthy first schedule in Bulgaria. We learn that the film will be shot in Nu Boyana, the largest studio of Eastern Europe located in Bulgaria. Many Hollywood flicks including 'The Expendables' have been shot here.

'AK 57' will have the musical score of Anirudh Ravichander and cinematography will be handled by Vetri. The supporting cast of the film included Thambi Ramiah, Karunakaran and Swaminathan.

Kamal Haasan's younger daughter Akshara Haasan is likely to be roped in for another prominent female character in the film and she is expected to join the shoot later.
