It is rumored in certain sections of media that Thala Ajith's 57th film named as 'AK 57' for time being will be releasing only in June in stead of April 14, 2017 as announced earlier.

If the film release plans are pushed to June, such a big star film will be coming only on festival holiday season. Hence it is safe to assume that 'AK 57' will be hitting the screens on June 22 (Thursday) or June 23 (Friday).

June 22 is the Birthday of his professional rival and personal friend Ilayathalapathy Vijay and think of the level of festivities and frenzy if an Ajith film releases on Vijay birthday..!!! That will be a historic day indeed.

But we will have to wait for official confirmation from the makers aka Sathya Jyothi Films banner about their true release plans.
