The pooja of 'Thala 60' titled 'Valimai' was conducted silently on last Friday but still, the news started trending worldwide due to the power of the die-hard fans that resulted in a record-breaking 3 million tweets on Twitter. The project reunites Ajtih with his 'Nerkonda Paarvai' director H. Vinod and producer Boney Kapoor and has him in the role of a super cop.

We had already reported that Ajith insisted to Vinod that 'Valimai' script should have a lot of family values in it apart from the action and thrills to which genre it belongs to. Now sources close to the team have informed us that the story demands that the female lead also is a cop and has equal prominence. It is said that Ajith okayed this as soon as he heard it and has followed the trend of giving equal footage to the female cast as in his 'Viswasam' and 'NKP'. Nayanthara is in talks to play the heroine and is likely to sign on the dotted lines soon.
