Despite injury, Ajith completes his entire part for 'Vedalam'

A couple of days back Indiaglitz had reported that Thala Ajith has been dubbing in AVM Studios during night times, for the character he plays in his upcoming film 'Vedalam'

Now a source close to the unit confirms that the highly committed actor has completed dubbing for his portions by early this morning. With this, Ajith completes his entire part for the Siruthai Siva directed film. It must be noted that the star sustained injury on his leg while shooting a fight sequence last week but completed the days shoot without taking rest and has now completed dubbing for the character to ensure the timely release of the much anticipated.

Meanwhile Kollywood insiders reveal that the post-production work of 'Vedalam' which has been happening for several weeks is nearing completion and the final cut will be ready within a few days. They further state that the film will be sent for Censor Certification anytime next week, as 'Vedalam' is getting ready to hit the screens as a Deepavali treat.

However we will have to wait for an official confirmation regarding the completion status of 'Vedalam' and when it will be sent for the viewing of Censor certification process.

Produced by A.M.Ratnam, 'Vedalam' stars Ajith, Shruthi Haasan, Lakshmi Menon, Soori, Ashwin Kaakamanu, Kabir Singh, Rahul Dev, Thambi Ramiah and many others. Musical score has been taken care of Anirudh Ravichander whose songs for the film are already topping the charts.
