After keeping us wait for a long time,. the official launch and pooja of 'Thala 57' has been conducted yesterday in Chennai. The yet to be titled 57th film of Ajith Kumar will be directed by Siva and produced by the prestigious Satya Jyothi Films banner.

As we had reported earlier Ajith plays an FBI agent in this film and the shooting will predominantly take place in European countries. Now we have learnt from a reliable source that the shooting will commence by the end of this month in Bulgaria. An announcement on the exact date of commencement can be expected i a day or two.

The 'Thala 57' team has already started the initial pre-production works and the arrangements for the first day shoot at Bulgaria.

The film will have the musical score of Anirudh Ravichander and Anushka is most likely to be roped in as the heroine in this film.
