After the super hit success of Veeram` Ajith teamed up with Siva again for another film again and the move sparked a great deal of surprise as Ajith is not known to work with any director in such a quick succession before that. After Vedalam` the second outing of Ajith and Siva has struck gold yet again. The first two days box office collections of the film hovers around Rs.25 crores in Tamil Nadu alone making it the biggest ever opening for an Ajith starrer Ajith seems to have decided to work again with Siva.

Sources reveal that Ajith and Siva will team up again for the third time and this will be the next film of Ajith after Vedalam`. Between Veeram` and Vedalam`, Ajith acted in Yennai Arindhal` directed by Gautham Menon.

Ajith is expected to undergo a surgery on his injured leg on 24th of this month. After this, sources say that the actor will be taking rest up to Summer 2016 and would be back to work only in June. It is said that after watching the first copy of Vedalam` Ajith has reportedly asked Siva to get ready with another script for him. Ajith is also mightily impressed with the working style of personal behavior of Siva.

But there is a long gap and things can change. There is also a huge list of filmmakers waiting to work with Ajith. We can come to a conclusion only after getting an official confirmation.

As of now Siva calling shots for Thala Ajith for the third time and that being Thala`s 57th film are neither confirmed nor unlikely.
