Wedding Anniversary Wishes to Ajith and Shalini

Today is the wedding anniversary of Thala Ajith and Shalini, the made for each other pair in the film industry. The dashing Ajith and the ever young Shalini, both have a very special place in the hearts of Tamil audiences and the History of Tamil cinema.

Baby Shalini as she was known in her childhood made her Tamil debut at the age of four with Sivaji Ganesan in Bandham' playing his grand daughter and went on to star in films like Osai', Pillai Nila', Viduthalai', Nilave Malare', Aayiram Kannudaiyal', Shankar Ganesh' Sirai Paravai' and Raja Chinna Roja'. By the time she was eleven Shalini had become the most popular Child Superstar after Sridevi.

When Shalini came back as a young heroine, she enjoyed the same love and adulation from fans and she married Ajith when her market was at the peak and participated in the growth of her man from an average hero to become the Self Made Superstar. This most compatible couple now have two lovely children Anushka and Aathvik who are already loved and followed just like their illustrious parents.
