News that shocked ace actor Ajay Devgn fans was when, a complaint was filed against Ajay Devgn in connection with the poster of his upcoming movie Shivaay`. Seems like, the poster has allegedly hurt Hindu sentiments. The complaint was filed in Delhi`s Tilak Nagar police station.

The complaint adds that in the poster of the movie, Devgn is seen climbing Lord Shiva`s figure with shoes on, which hurts the sentiments of people. Most of the pictures and posters from the movie hint at Shiva, the Hindu God. So doing something like this has really hurt a large section of people. The new poster of the movie was released on May 22 and it depicts Ajay holding a trishul` (Lord Shiva`s weapon) made of ice. He had also took to twitter sharing a new poster and wrote, “This Diwali, Shivaay will Transform, Protect & Destroy.”

Movie Shivaay` will mark the Bollywood debut of Dilip Kumar`s grandniece Sayesha Saigal. Other stars like, Abigail Eames, Erika Kaar, Ali Kazmi and Jabbz Farooqi also feature in the movie which is all set to hit theatres on October 28, 2016.
