Ajay Devgan is filling the director's seat in his upcoming film 'Mayday'. An edge of the seat aviation thriller, 'Mayday' gave Ajay the opportunity to direct a cast full of so many stars. These included megastar Amitabh Bachchan as well. Ajay shared that it's been a delight working with Mr Bachchan. "He is a delight to work with. I’ve never seen a more dedicated actor. We are nothing in front of him. Once he is on set, he will keep rehearsing, keep thinking about the scene. It’s phenomenal," he said.
While Ajay plays the role of an airline pilot, not much has been revealed about Big B's character in the film. Talking further about his equation with Big B, Ajay said, "I’ve known him since I was a kid. So whatever I had to take away from him, I must’ve taken it back then. It’s imbibed. With him, it’s a different rapport. From childhood, I could tell him whatever I wanted to. It took him two minutes to come on board. One narration and that’s it."
The film is supposedly based on a real event and it also stars Rakul Preet Singh and Angira Dhar.
