Ajagajantharam gets a release date

After multiple delays owing to the COVID-19 pandemic, Jallikattu actor Antony Varghese's much-awaited movie ‘Ajagajantharam’ has got a release date. The movie will be releasing in over 300 screens across the state during the Pooja holidays. The makers had initially planned to release it on May 28 but had to postpone it due to the second wave. As the situation in Kerala has turned better and there are talks about theatres reopening in Kerala, the makers of ‘Ajagajantharam’ decided to opt for theatrical release.
Touted to be an action-packed entertainer set in the backdrop of a temple festival, the movie is directed by ‘Swathanthryam Ardharathriyil’ fame Tinu Pappachan. The movie will feature Antony Varghese in the role of a mahout along with Arjun Ashokan, Lukman, Kichu Tellus, Sudhi Koppa, and Vineeth Viswam essaying pivotal roles. The movie is penned by ‘Angamaly Diaries’ (AD) actors Vineeth Viswam and Kichu Tellus have scripted the film. Produced by Emmanuel Joseph and Ajith Thalapilly under the banner of Silver Bay Studios, the movie's cinematography is by Jinto George and the music is by Justin Varghese.
