Easwari during police investigation has revealed that she has bought a house for around one crore rupees in Shozinganallur, from the jewels she stole. She had apparently taken a loan from a bank for the value of the house and then paid it off in full within two years so that suspicion would not arise on her.
Aishwarya Rajinikanth meanwhile has begun shooting her new movie 'Lal Salaam' produced by Lyca Productions with A.R. Rahman scoring the music. The film has Vikranth and Vishnu Vishal in the lead while Superstar Rajinikanth and Jeevitha play important characters.
Police have also raided a jewelery shop in Mylapore, Chennai and seized 100 pieces of gold and diamond jewels belonging to Aishwarya Rajinikanth that had been sold illegally by Easwari. Further one Venkatesh, who worked as a car driver at Aishwarya's house, was found to be an accomplice of Easwari was also arrested and grilled. The news has shocked the film industry that the culprits dared such a huge theft in one of the most famous VVIPs in the state.
