Actress Aishwarya Rajesh is on a high, with back to back success stories Vada Chennai and Kanaa, and with numerous movies in her kitty, like Dhruva Natchathiram, Vada Chennai sequels, Siva Karthikeyan - Pandiraj combo's next, and few Tollywood flicks.

The actress will soon be seen in a medical thriller, which will be directed by a debutant SA Baskaran, who had earlier assisted Kamal Haasan and Jeetu Joseph, and the movie will have her paired with Nicky Sundaram, an American - Indian actor playing the lead role.

This yet to be titled flick will have Aishwarya Rajesh as a medical representative, and will be revolving around a crime in the medical industry. The movie will also star Kishore, Ajay Ghosh of Visaaranai fame, Ramadas, and Thangadurai in key roles.
