Aishwarya Rai's viral look-alike Amrutha makes heroine debut

Recently, netizens were celebrating a video of Aishwarya Rai's doppelganger Amrutha, who recreated the actress's popular scene from the 2000 Tamil film 'Kandukondain Kandukondain'. Her striking resemblance to Bollywood diva Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, set the social media on fire.
But little are people aware of the fact that the actress is playing the lead role in an upcoming Malayalam movie titled 'Picasso'. Produced by Sheik Afsal, Picasso is directed by Sunil Kariattukara. The teaser of the movie released earlier in the year had gone viral as well.
Amrutha who is popular on Tik Tok has acted in a few advertisements and did minor roles in movies as well. Following the online buzz created by Amrutha's Tik Tok video, she is expected to land more projects in cinema.
