Aishwarya Rai Bachchan who is returning to the silver screen after two long years has got everyone excited with her role in ‘Fanne Khan’. With just a few months left to hit the screens, the excitement around the film is at its peak. The actress will be seen playing the role of a pop icon. The latest buzz is that she will be turning as the Indian Madonna for the biggest song of her career.

Crooned by Sunidhi Chauhan, the song that features Aishwarya as the Indian Madonna will be choreographed by the International award-winning dancer and creative director Frank Gatson Jr. The choreographer has worked with pop icons like Jennifer Lopez, Beyonce and Rihanna.

Debutant director Atul Manjrekar stated, “Aishwarya plays a huge pop icon who’s extremely popular with the youngsters. Her character is a fabulous dancer and singer who performs on the global stage. While fleshing out her character, we began referencing a bunch of choreographers who do international live shows. Frank is among the best in the world and we decided to approach him.”

‘Fanne Khan’ is the official remake of Belgian movie ‘Everybody's Famous!’ Produced by Bhushan Kumar and Rakyesh Omprakash Mehra, it features Anil Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, Divya Dutta in the lead roles. The teaser of the film is said to be attached with Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Sanju’ which is slated to release on June 29.

‘Fanne Khan’ is slated to release on August 3, 2018.
